You Are My Treasure

A woman descended from a dragon falls in love, and discovers that the gold and jewels in her secret lair can no longer satisfy her. Her beloved is now the precious treasure that she longs to cherish, adore and protect. But loving a man is much harder than loving a hoard of wealth, and her human need to experience real love struggles to overcome her dragon desire to reduce him to a mere object that she can own and control. As they struggle together, she learns what it truly means to love like a human.

You Are My Precious Treasure (Part One, about 3,500 words)

A woman confesses her dark secret to her boyfriend: she is descended from a dragon, and in her blood there are dragonish desires – including the urge to hoard treasure. But since she fell for him, none of the gold and jewels in her secret lair can satisfy her. He is now the precious treasure that she longs to cherish, adore and protect.

You Are My Only Treasure (Part Two, about 3,000 words)

Our dragonblooded heroine cherishes her boyfriend as her “precious treasure” more than ever, now that they’re engaged to be married. But she has struggled to overcome the dragon desires that make her want to own him as an object instead of loving him as a man. So she takes a dramatic step to prove to herself that she can never own him, but she can always adore, protect and care for him.

You Are My Forever Treasure (Part Three, about 2,600 words)

Our hero wakes up in the hospital after an injury. His dragonblooded fiancé tells him how much she wants to protect him and care for him, and how awful it was watching over him while he was unconscious, feeling like she might lose him. But when her dragon desires lead her to take her protectiveness too far, she must come to terms with what it means to love him as a person, for who he really is.

You Are My Treasure of Treasures (Part Four, about 2,000 words)

On their first anniversary, our dragonblooded heroine tells her special treasure of a husband how much her love has grown, and how much she herself has grown, because of him. She praises him, hoards him as her treasure, and reveals a joyous surprise for him as an anniversary gift.
